Chung Shan Medical University (CSMU) has been ranked third nationwide and No. 1 among private universities in the healthcare and biotechnology category of the 2026 “Best Universities and Interns Survey” released by Global Views Monthly. The university followed only National Taiwan University and National Cheng Kung University in the sector.

The survey, based on 2,353 responses from listed companies, medical institutions, and biotech firms, underscores strong employer confidence in CSMU graduates. The university attributes the recognition to its “Med–Edu Integration” model, which combines classroom learning with extensive clinical training through its affiliated hospital system.

CSMU students also posted consistently high national licensure exam results, including a 100 percent pass rate in clinical psychology and over 90 percent in multiple healthcare professions. The university said it will continue expanding AI-driven and interdisciplinary healthcare education to meet the demands of an aging society and a rapidly evolving medical industry.
